It's the only place I will go. The staff there is friendly and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner treat you with the upmost respect. They listen to you & that is greatly appreciated at my age. As a senior citizens you sometime feel you are being rushed and not heard. But at BJC you are heard.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The service was excellent. I didn't have a long time to wait. I was in and out. Prescriptions were ready when I left there and made it to the pharmacy. Everything was in order. I had follow-ups, was ready for my primary doctor and all my other doctors since all my doctors are through BJC. And everything was good. I had no problems. Everything was healing well. I did great and the service was excellent. I give it 10 out of 10.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was visiting my son and family and was having significant neck pain. I had tried several things to get relief but nothing was helping. I called Urgent Care and was able to get an appointment right away. The care I received was very good. I was prescribed medication to help me deal with the pain and it helped immensely. I would highly recommend them to family.

Didn’t have to wait very long in the reception area. All of the personnel who took care of me were courteous, professional and addressed my medical concern.

Our NP was great on the urgent care visit! Treated us quickly, provided a referral for a specialist, and even gave my son a sticker at the end of the visit.

I felt confident in the competency of the nurse practitioner who took care of me. She was sincerely concerned and explained everything about the treatment and what I could do to alleviate some of the itching and problems that went along with the contact dermatitis. She also told me that if it did not improve to make sure that I get back to them so that we can take another type of treatment.

It was a pleasant experience from the front desk to the exam room.
I would definitely come here again if the need arises. Very satisfied with everyone involved.

Came in and was seen about 10 minutes later. Very professional and efficient. So grateful.

Everyone was excellent. I interacted with three or four individuals and all were very helpful and responsive to my well being.

Nothing. Very satisfied. I was really sick. I got right in to the exam room. She was in quickly. I was out of there at the time of my appointment.
