Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was excellent. I interacted with three or four individuals and all were very helpful and responsive to my well being.

I was very pleased, a direct reflection of the care given me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Receptionist, Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner Leah were very professional and there was minimal wait time. I greatly appreciated how thorough Leah was researching prescribed drug interactions with my current drugs I take and explaining the impact. As a result, I was very comfortable with the decision to go ahead and get the prescription filled. Thank you Leah.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Trower truly listened to me, asked pertinent questions, and did a thorough examination relative to my symptoms and complaints. She explained her diagnosis and treatment plan, then asked if I had any questions. I didn't feel rushed at all although it was a relatively quick appt. She had an excellent bedside manner and good sense of humor. I would definitely go back to see her.
