I looked on my chart to see what was happening to my vision. It would have been nice to actually hear what you put on my chart since I believe my vision is the same as last year yet I did not know what is wrong with my vision or ways to help it.

Dr. Tristan Brown is a clear communicator, friendly, takes time to be sure I understand my eye health/condition and, in this last visit, to initiate me into the planning for cataract surgeries. I left feeling a sense of greater calmness and with a new insight into the status of my vision--the strength and health as well as the effect of the cataracts. I still have that calm feeling since yesterday.

I did not want to get my eyes dilated but he explained how important it was. I told him I always get headaches afterwards and he told me he would use a low amount of drops. I did not believe there was such a thing but I went ahead with it anyway and this was the first time I did not have a headache. He also reminded me to watch my diet as a diabetic and even though it is annoying to hear it is a good reminder. I would say this was the best experience I have had at an eye exam. Thank you!
