Dr. Brown and her staff are knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She listens to my concerns and always addresses them. I feel that she sincerely cares about her patients and their well-being.

I love Dr. Brown. She's a very good provider and she takes very good care of you. She does so many things to help me improve my health. And I'm not the only person that feels that way. My brother is also a patient of Dr. Tribion Brown. Thank you.

There is nothing that I would like to change. The staff was just excellent. The doctor to me is really good to me. And she's excellent. They're a very awesome staff and doctor. I wouldn't change for the world.

Dr. Brown has always been very professional and efficient and effectively in helping me with my medical conditions and my underlying health issues in any aspect way that she possibly could. And she has also told me different things to do to lose weight and I'm definitely doing them.

Cut down on wait time between the nurse/assistant taking vitals and the doctor, 48 minutes is unacceptable. On this occasion a medical student came in at the 48 minute mark, then it was another 15ish minutes before the doctor came in.

Doctor Tribune Brown is always so pleasant and understanding and a very good listener and cares about my health… Also the attendant that takes my vitals and get me ready for my visits is really friendly and caring and knowledgeable..

What could have been done to improve your experience?
1. This was an appointment for urgent care. We were told to be there at 1:45 for a 2:00 pm appointment. We did not see Dr. Tribune Brown until 4:27 PM. At the time of check-in at 2:00 pm we were told that she had been running an hour late since 9:00 am.

From the greeter, receptionist, nurse, and Dr. everyone was Amazingly courteous and kind. They always shows the fruit of the spirit especially love for the patient everytime I come.

Actually spend time listening to the patient, help understand whats going on snd figure out how to help them instead of passing them on to another dr... actually caring about the patients needs and not just saying yep as if its just a paycheck to them

Every single person I encountered have exceptional service. Kim at check-in made sure my billing was correct, which was important to me due to my limited resources. Katrina brought me back and mags me feel at ease and very comfortable. Dr. Brown listened well, was attentive to my feedback and made sure I was confident in next steps. I'm so grateful for being cared for by this team!

Dr. Tribune-Brown and her staff were very professional, in the truest sense of the word. They were very polite and kind as well. My spouse was there to become a patient of Dr. Tribune-Brown. I had him transfer to her from his firmer doctor because she is very attentive to the needs of her patients.
