I was in alot of pain, P.A. Hart was very attentive to my pain and mobility issue and finding the cause. I left confident that he would get me the help I need.

Dr. Hart is a very professional Dr. He listens to you, and documents it on his laptop. You can view his comments later on MyChart. It proves he is listening in you and your comments. He is also interested in your personal well being, and asks you about your personal interests, and hobbies.

The ladies up front were very nice and polite. Kenzie helped me schedule my nest appointment in April and helpful. The assistant who took me back was also very nice and was looking out for my best interest. She took my blood pressure and listened to my concerns.

Trent Hart is willing to encourage me in my self care and not force more prescriptions. He gave me ideas and recommended me for a weight loss program. Self care matters-I don't think doctors should fix me, I should!

Trent is a class act. St. Al's, on the other hand, has made me angry beyond belief. I'm not sure I can ever recommend St. Al's as a system to anyone again.
