The ladies up front were very nice and polite. Kenzie helped me schedule my nest appointment in April and helpful. The assistant who took me back was also very nice and was looking out for my best interest. She took my blood pressure and listened to my concerns.

Trent Hart is willing to encourage me in my self care and not force more prescriptions. He gave me ideas and recommended me for a weight loss program. Self care matters-I don't think doctors should fix me, I should!

Trent is a class act. St. Al's, on the other hand, has made me angry beyond belief. I'm not sure I can ever recommend St. Al's as a system to anyone again.

Dr. Hart answered questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, and listened to each concern I had, making the visit empathetic and patient-centered. He offered positive medication changes and reasonably discouraged other possible medications. I appreciate the suggestion of in-home help with bathing/personal hygiene and a referral to a pain specialist. I'm happy that Dr. Hart is in Kuna and hope he continues his time here!!!
