When patent [ ] missed 2nd appt with dr. Fenster due to traffic issues, [ ] was rescheduled same day with another physician. She was nice but issue stayed unresolved until Dr. Fenster reached out again within health portal. Reset appt, and apparently issues are resolved and in progress. Hoping so, anyway. He was wonderful and caring with [ ]. We appreciate everythjng.

Will I was trying to tell Dr Fenster that when I went to the [ ] for my [ ] they told me to stop using over the counter medicine for my eyes. They [ ] . I’m done with that. I have an appointment [ ] To see how my eyes are They are getting better slowly. But we will see what they say?

I felt like he was pretty good at following my ramblings. His assessment, advice, compassion were obvious and professional. I've always had good experiences with renown. Never not one bad experience or anything to complain about. I feel grateful and lucky.

Dr. Fenster listen's above and beyond he treats the whole patient and is extremely gentle. He's kind and patient as I bounce around the room. He He He! He could explain that. I was very grateful he was as wonderful as could be. I know what kind of care is out there. Dr. Fenster is a breath of fresh of AIR. I really liked the Dr. Overseeing him as well...but I forgot her name. She was gentle and kind and even shook my hand. I really like her alot.

Dr, Fenster is amazing, he listens and never judges. He works with you to get the care you need. I recommend him to everyone I know having difficulty getting their doctor to listen to their needs.

I had my first appointment with Dr Fenster following the departure of my previous physician. He was thorough in catching up with my case and was prevention-focused as I prefer. He gave me enough time to feel comfortable and to leave without having unanswrred questions.

This clinic has the best providers the ma was extremely nice, and respectful. The doctor student was outstanding and so was the doctor. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. I was not rushed I left feeling good.

It was very nice to be able to talk to a provider that actually listened to my wife and I about conditions that we have. It was great to have the back and forth conversation and not have them "tell us how we feel." It's something that doesn't happen to often these days. "Nice not to feel like a number." We highly appreciated our visit. Keep it up.
