She's been great at addressing my concerns and ordering my routine yearly followup appointments. I love the printout I get at every visit covering my visit and stats with future appointments, referrals and follow ups.

My Father told me years ago that he had the best Dr with Elizabeth Tree-Levasseur and told me if I ever needed a new Dr she should be the one. When I needed a new Dr fate allowed me to get her as my new provider. I have been going there for years and I feel that Dr tree-Levasseur really cares about me as a person not just a patient.

I'm surprised you only offer very good as the highest I can mark.. She's much better than just very good, You underrate your staff. You also asked if it was acceptable to call me, and yes it is acceptable. but not necessary. Again my choices were to have you call me or no I didn't want to be called. I'm fine with being called it's just not necessary. whoever wrote this program wasn't thinking

As busy as she is she always makes room for us and is so pleasant when we come in. Bedside manner is phenomenal and she does AMAZING with children. It is a bit of a drive but for great care and a provider who truly understands, is respectful, and knowledgeable I will drive. THANK YOU Dr Levassuer for all you do for my family!!
