He explained in a very educative and respectful way the reasons why it was best not to lance the boil on my eyebrow as I thought would be done. Dr. Travis is an outstanding physician, he is the primary care physician for my entire family Family and during over the last 20 years he provided us with excellent care. When I was in hospital he visited me and you can tell that he cares for his patients. I have a huge respect for him as a person and doctor!

Dr. Travis is a blessing. He is so kind and I know he wants to see me have quality of life. I just wish he would have referred me tp dermatology alot sooner. I hope he he helps get me on pallative care. He is pretty easy to talk to. I wish he didnt push me into getting the flu shot because im miserable still.

Dr Travis is great but the billibng process is a complete nightmare. As if I have insurance but do not have any insurance. Make mistakes on every procerdure and I get billed. Whien I try to get a recode office does not call back. Then they call me constantly and ask for their money. Then collections. I am very close to going to another group. Trinity does everything possible not to interact with you. A kiosk instead of a person. Trinity leaves messages on the Portal and phone but never an actual human being. You try and call and you can be opn hold for 45 minuteseasy. They want you to do everything on the Portal. I swear their is only one person working for Trinity who does all the billing,Portal and phone. The only saving grace is Dr Travis. Even that might not be enough. Spent the ENTIRE last 3 years being either in late or collection status. Insane or criminal!
