he is very quick to respond to my chart questions. He is always receptive to our input as parents and listens very well to the child/young adult as well. He understands and knows our issues without us repeating things from visit to visit. He offers flexible scheduling with in person vs virtual if needed.

He explained in a very educative and respectful way the reasons why it was best not to lance the boil on my eyebrow as I thought would be done.
