Dr. Tran was all business, confident and took the time to walk us through the diagnosis, likely scenarios, risks, options, prognosis, in a way that was easy to understand. She listened to us patiently and answer all our questions thoroughly. It definitely made me feel confident, too, about the level of care she will provide me while I go through this.

The doctors were all wonderful, informative, prepared, meticulous, and respectful to my visiting family. They were reassuring about each step. They minimized my worry appropriately. So they managed the challenge of a half hour surgery so calmly that I thought it was a fifteen minute procedure.
