Love Dr and staff. Wish she spoke a little slower and louder ,

I don't feel the doctor was prepared for my visit. It was obvious she had no idea who I was or why I was there until she entered the room. She didn't even have my records that my doctor sent. She made a phone call and the records were brought to her.
