What else would you like to say about your experience?
Being a patient at BJC Highlands Medical Group has greatly improved the quality of my life with staff and with the nurse practitioner, Ellen Tracy. The staff is very accommodating, nice, and hospitable. They tend to my needs as far as my physical well-being. With them, my health has started to greatly improve. So I would recommend, and I have recommended, BJC Medical Group to anyone who's interested in prioritizing their health.

I just love Ellen Tracy, in addition to being a wonderful provider she is personable and very supportive and knowledgeable…she is sympathetic to your needs, and what you are going through..

Very professional, thorough, and comprehensive evaluation. As a physician (cardiologist), I was very impressed with the care and evaluation. The therapeutic recommendations were excellent and well explained. The Internal Medicine TEAM there is superb!!

The entire staff and Dr. Cohen‘s office is friendly, professional, and attentive. They provide an excellent level of care and I truly appreciate each and every one of them.

I was surprised by the amount of time Ellen was able to spend with me. She took all my concerns seriously. She was surprisingly knowledgeable about my BJC insurance plan. I was grateful she requested the phlebotomist come to me since I had my kids!

Ellen was thorough, kind and efficient. Happy that she noticed I had missed an appointment waiting to get a ‘new patient’ appointment after my most recent Dr detached from the practice.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
No, I was treated with nothing but respect, professionalism, patience, and understanding. I felt like she listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me figure out what’s causing the problems and help me through this difficult medical situation.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
None thing that I can think of at this time. I asked for a better f/u visit . I left feeling encouraged and not anxious about anything.

Patience answering questions. Staff was extremely respectful! Ms. Tracy was very helpful in directing me on what needs to be done next and quickly got a referral for me.

don't assume because you are of a certain age that we are not able to understand or hear what you are saying and that we are coming for a social visit.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone were excellent in doing their jobs. From answering the phone to checking you in and taking you to the exam room. Even the lab technician and her trainer who took my blood. Listened to when I told her that I had small veins. She used the appropriate needle which made it easier for both of us. Didn’t hurt at all she can take my blood any time. Right along with the nurse who administered my Flu shot. I love the workers at BJC on the Highland.

Nothing different needs to be done in my opinion. They are always courteous.

My experience was highly favorable and pleasant. My questions were answered and I felt I was treated respectfully either patience and kindness.

N/A. I have a lot of confidence and trust in my doctor and his team. I’ve always been treated fairly and appropriately and felt compassion when warranted. No complaints against this team!
