It was my first visit with Ellen Tracy, NP. I felt very comfortable in speaking with her. She was very kind , friendly, professional and detailed.

Ellen is an amazing NP! She offered suggestions based on her knowledge of what was available and what I needed given my ADHD without me having to specifically ask. I really appreciate her proactive approach to care.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t feel like my needs were addressed. I feel like my needs were dismissed, like somebody didn’t read my chart, and like I wasted my time. I felt like I was judged and given silly recommendations by someone who spent 15 minutes with me.

Ellen Tracy, NP was wonderful, she took the tune to pre-visit plan and we talked in depth about both of our concerns. She listened and we came up with a plan, she even scheduled my follow up apt.

Ellen Tracy (NP) was great! She was thorough and meticulous, and she seemed to really care about getting to the bottom of my symptoms. She didn’t seem rushed at all, and it was overall a great visit!

NP Ellen Tracy is an excellent practitioner. She provides excellent & beneficial feedback that informs the patient on their physical condition & health care treatment plan moving forward. She takes the time to listen to the patient, review lab work, treatment plans.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
NP Ellen Tracy provided stupendous health care service during my visit. She attentively listened, assessed my medical condition and then put an agreed upon plan into action regarding my next steps for further evaluation and testing. She was knowledgeable, resourceful, genuinely concerned and the epitome of a true medical professional. I truly appreciated the time she spent with me ensuring I understood what was happening with my medical condition and her recommended plan of action based on her expertise. NP Ellen Tracy is a true asset.

My experience from the time that I entered the office until I left was impeccable. Ms. Tracy expertise, kindness, and attention to the details of my medical background and conditions helped me feel cared for and supported.

Ellen Tracey was definitely EXTRA ORDINARY and AWESOME. If ALL Healthcare providers made you feel as relax and comfortable as TRACEY you would not be so uptight coming for your WELLNESS visit.

My appointment with NP Ellen Tracy went very well. I felt like she was easy to talk you, she listened to my concerns and took her time. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. When I left my appointment I was pleased with the outcome (testing she ordered & my plan of care).
