What else would you like to say about your experience?
Nurse Ellen Tracy was very helpful and responsive in creating orders for additional bloodwork that I requested after receiving results from my annual. She showed curiosity about initial results and reached out to me for more information about an anomalous reading. I appreciated her diligence.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Tracy was familiar with my file, asked helpful questions and was a good listener. She offered suggestions for challenges I had been having with prescribed medical equipment, ideas which have proven to be helpful already. I'm a patient with a variety of health issues that my family and I are concerned about. It was obvious Dr. Tracy cares about her patients, it was an excellent visit.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This visit was extremely confusing. I did not receive any instructions or next steps for almost two days after the visit. The next steps were explained in an unclear message that created more questions. I did not feel that my concerns were understood or respected. I felt dismissed and ignored.

my experience was outstanding from the greeting at the reception desk to the time I walked out. Ellen was really through, amazing, kind and so considerate! Everyone at the office is #1 on my list!!!

Ellen Tracy is a caring compassionate nurse who provides excellent, thorough healthcare. Ellen is thorough in her exam and catches any changes in my health which prevents problems in the future. I know when I see Ellen I will be treated not just as a patient but as a person. I am blessed to have Ellen Tracy as my nurse-practitioner.

When my husband was in the hospital, he missed an appointment with Dr. Cohen. And when I called the next day to reschedule, he was booking out over a year in advance. Much too long to wait to see your primary care doctor. The staff is very kind and very efficient.

The MA was very nice, very friendly. Ellen, the NP, was very knowledgeable. She took time with me. She listened. I would recommend any and everyone to her. I wish she could be my primary care physician. I had an excellent visit.
