When my husband was in the hospital, he missed an appointment with Dr. Cohen. And when I called the next day to reschedule, he was booking out over a year in advance. Much too long to wait to see your primary care doctor. The staff is very kind and very efficient.

The MA was very nice, very friendly. Ellen, the NP, was very knowledgeable. She took time with me. She listened. I would recommend any and everyone to her. I wish she could be my primary care physician. I had an excellent visit.

Ellen Tracy was very efficient, very personable, and I enjoyed speaking with her and she was very attentive to the concerns that I had mentioned to her. I'm looking forward to my next visit with her because I just enjoyed how she interacted with me on a personal basis.

Being a patient at BJC Highlands Medical Group has greatly improved the quality of my life with staff and with the nurse practitioner, Ellen Tracy. The staff is very accommodating, nice, and hospitable. They tend to my needs as far as my physical well-being. With them, my health has started to greatly improve. So I would recommend, and I have recommended, BJC Medical Group to anyone who's interested in prioritizing their health.

I just love Ellen Tracy, in addition to being a wonderful provider she is personable and very supportive and knowledgeable…she is sympathetic to your needs, and what you are going through..

Very professional, thorough, and comprehensive evaluation. As a physician (cardiologist), I was very impressed with the care and evaluation. The therapeutic recommendations were excellent and well explained. The Internal Medicine TEAM there is superb!!

The entire staff and Dr. Cohen‘s office is friendly, professional, and attentive. They provide an excellent level of care and I truly appreciate each and every one of them.

I was surprised by the amount of time Ellen was able to spend with me. She took all my concerns seriously. She was surprisingly knowledgeable about my BJC insurance plan. I was grateful she requested the phlebotomist come to me since I had my kids!

Ellen was thorough, kind and efficient. Happy that she noticed I had missed an appointment waiting to get a ‘new patient’ appointment after my most recent Dr detached from the practice.

No, I was treated with nothing but respect, professionalism, patience, and understanding. I felt like she listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me figure out what’s causing the problems and help me through this difficult medical situation.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
None thing that I can think of at this time. I asked for a better f/u visit . I left feeling encouraged and not anxious about anything.
