that day i saw the pre surgical PT consult, had blood drawn and had CT and Cortizone shot. everyone was amazing, helpful, professional and on schedule and extremely supportive.

Besides all the above. Tracie was pleasant, personable and acknowledged she understood my questions and answered them well. She also gave me her card if I had any further questions, which i really appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised that Tracie was my pre-op physical therapist. She recognized my name from my previous surgery in 2020 and was my therapist then. She is so kind and understanding and put me at ease with regards to my therapy post operation. She is truly an asset to the Hospital for Special Surgery.

I felt she heard me and will send the right PT to my home as per my requests. She was patient with my questions and very reassuring with my level of anxiety.
