Showed an appropriate sense of urgency, desire to help, and concern for my wellbeing. Was friendly, happy, organized, prepared, and helpful. This is the first visit I have had with Tracey and she was nothing short of amazing! I will request her again if need be for a video visit! She was thorough gave me extra tips on how to use nasal spray and explained the whole trajectory of this RSV virus And how it can result in a secondary infection, etc. Very knowledgeable very patient and very informative! She was just great!
