My wait time was minimal both in the waiting room and exam room. The facility is spotless!! I've been going here for the last 5 years andTracey Henslee is always very thorough with her exams!!

There was no wait. The registration prior to visit was very convenient. The staff was friendly but professional and the facilities were extremely clean.

Did not have to wait l9ng for an appointment. Saw the doctor shortly after arriving. Doctor was very helpful with my issues and provided very good care.

Easy to get an appt, provider was amazing, facility was clean and easy to get to with free parking, provider immediately knew I was okay and I didn’t feel rushed with her at all. I felt heard and assured.

Every aspect of my visit was wonderful: quick check in, welcoming and knowledgeable prep, quick intervention once examined. Answered all my questions. Clean and welcoming facility. Just everything was great.

I was taken in 15 min early. My vitals were taken. I was asked to sit down again in the waiting room. I was called back in 5 minutes. The Dr. arrived momentarily and my treatment was conducted. I was free to leave. All my questions were answered and I checked out. Total time elapsed was around 25 minutes. Good job.

I confused my check in time, but one of the ladies at the front desk went out of her way to help work me in. I was extremely impressed. Also, was so impressed with the CRNP Henslee and the technician who did the preliminary workup.

Everyone was very nice. I was brought back to get triaged at my appt time and then had to go sit back out in the lobby because they didn’t have any rooms open. I had to wait a while for a room but once I got back there everyone was very nice and it was really fast.

Time: No waiting! Promptly called in for taking weight, blood pressure, temperature, my medicines, etc. Then immediately followed by Nurse Practitioner who discussed my health issues, examined my hands/fingernails, took clippings to send off for testing and advised she would notify me with results!
