The CNP Tracey is wonderful. Answered all questions and was not in a rush.

Just that it would be good to give elderly patients printed or written explanations of what they had performed during visit
They sometimes have a difficult time remembering or understanding what was done or who performed service PA vs NP vs MD

Wait was minimal. Blood pressure, heart rate, etc. completed pleasantly and communicated well. Tracey, nurse practitioner, was thorough, answered questions, completed treatment skillfully, and was thoroughly pleasant in communication.

Yes, Provider failed to fully note my concerns & lied about what was discussed during the visit to cover her oversight in not prescribing a medication that was clearly asked for.
