Excellent provider of information about the care for my situation.

Never felt rushed. Took a lot of time thoroughly explaining my diagnosis using a model of the spine to show me what was going on. Treatment options and therapy. Answered my questions with great patience. He has a great bedside manner.

Unfortunately with my back issues I will most likely be a periodic long term patient, and would definitely want Dr.Townsend to be my physician.

I truly felt comfortable,and at ease in my experience, he was so kind & friendly and explaining treatments and the plan to my to my health issues, he listens well to my questions and concerns. I truly have the upmost confidence in Dr. Townsend and I had the most excellent patient care, he is very knowledgeable and explains well the surgery details , risks and benefits.
