Dr. Townsend showed images as he explained the treatment plan and answered all our questions thoroughly. He spent a lot of time with us and further suggested a second opinion.

Dr. Townsend, I can't have enough good comments about him. He never made me feel rushed during our appointments. He listened to me and looked me in the eye when he was explaining what it was wrong and how to repair the damage. he further explained how long it would take for me to recover. What the stages of healing are and what the limitations each stage. Following his advice, I am post-surgery at 3 months and am greatly improved and am pain free. He is very pleasaant and approachable.

Dr. Townsend was fabulous! Took the time to go over my options for treatment, and made a plan that was right for me. Before and after surgery he was exceptional in his care. I really left there feeling 100% better thanks to him! I’ve already recommended him to multiple people for his care. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

Never felt rushed. Took a lot of time thoroughly explaining my diagnosis using a model of the spine to show me what was going on. Treatment options and therapy. Answered my questions with great patience. He has a great bedside manner.
