Dr. Townend has a great “bedside manner“ for the amount of people he has to see on a daily basis, even though his visits are short he’s thorough. Also the nurse Belkis that handles the final step before the injections is extremely personable. She make sure that you’re comfortable and always has a smile on her face even when things aren’t going so great for her. She seems to leave those things at the door when she comes into work and treats people with kindness and respect I really appreciate her.

Dr. Townsend is incredible. He is always busy but always finds time to answer questions, and show he cares about you as a person. I trust his opinions completely.
The parking lot is poorly lit so I treat myself to valet parking. This time the valet personnel were particularly good natured and working hard with common sense. Made the extra cost very much worth it.
