I was never seen by the MD provider assigned, instead it’s a Nurse Practitioner. Although I must say my Nurse Practitioner is very pleasant and courteous, she listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly, she answers my questions and she’s available to assist me whenever needed I think the facility does not provide enough activities as others, but overall the staff is caring and supportive to their patients .

The most important thing is Dr. Jorge listens to my problems and he addresses them and tries to eliminate them and there are many but most of all the fact he listens to me which is a rare thing from a doctor. Nowadays is very important to me and cares I think that’s a rare rare Individual that cares about all his patients absolutely I would recommend him

The referral authorization and communication is definitely an issue with this group,not sure why but this will hinder patients from getting proper care. I wish I knew why there’s delay but other groups do not have this issue

Dr. Miranda took extra time to update Rx scripts & assist me with a referral to a specialist. I was seen in a timely manner too.

Today's visit was for acupuncture with mimi lam I have had several visits with her. For Nick and shoulder pain and tightness, she has helped me immensely and she's even helped with some tremblings. I have in my hands. I am extremely pleased. That she is with this dedicated senior's medical center. She is very understanding and listens. And explains things very clearly. She's a hope to. Have heard do work on me again in the future
