I love that Dr. Watson is professional, attentive, honest, and positive. She is also a great communicator, which makes every interaction feel comfortable and reassuring. Her ability to listen, communicate clearly, and maintain such a positive attitude truly makes a difference.

I like Dr. Toshiba Watson. She is a great doctor and very caring and listens and helps so much that she reminds me of my previous primary care doctor Michael [last name] who used to be at this location. However. I truly miss my primary care doctor, Dr. Michael [last name]'s and I was with his practice for 35 years starting with his father Dr. Hinson [last name]'s and when he retired I went with Dr. Michael [last name]. Can you please bring Dr. Michael [last name]'s back to Baptist Primary Care on Park Avenue in Orange Park, Florida as he was the best doctor I have ever had hands down period. I am asking you to please bring him back. The care I received from him was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me. He also connected me to a great specialty doctor 10 years ago that I still see. Please bring Dr. Michael [last name]'s back. I do not like the primary care doctor I signed up with in that office Dr. Darby [last name] but with Dr. [last name] no longer being there I did not know any other good primary care doctors and with my insurance I had to choose someone so I went with her and she is not good for me at all. Dr. Toshiba Watson is a great doctor but I would prefer Dr. Michael [last name]'s so please bring him back.

Dr Watson is kind and caring. She listens to you and explains everything in detail and makes sure that you understand. One of the best doctors I have ever had. The office and nursing staff have been great also.

Front desk is very cordial and helpful.
Loved Dr [last name] (patient for 28 years). Just met Dr, Watson on latest visit. So far, she has been very friendly and professional. She listens to the patient. That is a talent.
Robin and Michelle are great at the front desk.
Misti is very friendly and professional as a nurse.
Chelsea is real sweetheart as the phlebotomist. Always cheerful and talks in a calming manner to help "needle worried" patients to relax.

The reception workers are very helpful and friendly; all the way through to the doctors who are knowledgeable about medical issues. Ive seen all of them one time or another. I leave with questions answered and confident they did their best to find the proper diagnosis. Great office all around.
