I was shown to a room immediately upon arrival. Tori listened to my problem, discussed various prescription options and answered all my questions. I always have confidence her treatment. Good to know treatment is available.

When I got to meet with the NP Theiss I felt like someone wasn't just trying to churn me out for payment. She listened to me and actually had a dialog with me. I'm not trying to undermine my usual provider, but I really felt a better and more informed connection with Theiss.

I feel very comfortable with Tori. She listens and answers all my questions. I feel she’s very thorough in her review of my physical complaints.

Np Tori Theiss is the most caring and understanding medical provider I have had. She listens and makes me feel comfortable and spends all the time I need to discuss my health issues.

Tori was amazing! She listened to everything I had to say and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and my health history. Everyone I encountered during my visit was respectful and kind.

The doctors were very good also they all made sure I understood what was going on and made sure I was taken care of. Very pleasant and cordial staff and doctors.
I will go again to St Luke’s East.
