Dr. Edmiston did a great job. I like coming to her. The problems that you have with your system, being able to see any imaging that you've had done, the patient doesn't get that. And also, my phone calls going through to PA's go nowhere, so you only can use MyChart, and that's a little difficult when someone's important. It should want a call, not just MyChart.

The front desk lady seemed to be familiar with her regulars. It’s clearly a neighborhood that does not see people of color on a regular basis. She didn’t seem to understand how to act familiar with POC. Although she was friendly and reserved with POC, she seemed friendly and more comfortable with non-POC. As an aside, Dr. Edmiston and Cristal were fantastic! They treated me so well—so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I am a fact finder, and Dr. Edmiston did a great job of breaking things up into non-medical terms and was very thorough in answering my questions. Cristal administered my immunizations, and she did excellent! She was efficient and made me feel comfortable. I will absolutely recommend this team.

My experience from beginning to end was very positive. Dr. Edmiston did a thorough exam, reviewed my medical history, provided a treatment plan and answered all my questions.

Hello, Dr. Tori Edmiston was very complete with her questions. She was prompt to the care room, very well acknowledged my past problems and what I'm going through. as she already studied my health history, which was amazing, I thought. I would recommend Tori Edmiston. She's got a personality that will help heal anyone.

Dr Edmiston has been the BEST general practitioner I’ve found in Reno. She is a fantastic listener and super knowledgable. I never feel rushed and always feel heard. She knows way more about perimenopause than my gynecologist which was absolutely refreshing. Her nurse is super kind and friendly as well. I’ve already recommended her to others!

I was very impressed by the upbeat attitude of Christy and the helpful, confident and knowledgeable attitude of Dr Tori. Certainly was a nice introduction to this healthcare system and its staff. Looking forward to a good working relationship.

A great experience from start to finish. Setting up appointment, reception upon arrival and pre check with medical staff superb. Visit with Dr Edminston exceptional. Diagnosis and recommendations spot on. Dr Edminston is very knowledgeable and professional. She demonstrates empathy, understanding, and care. She takes the time needed to ensure you fully understand the next steps. I am fortunate to have her as my primary care doctor

I feel so fortunate that I have Dr. 'Tori' as my primary care doctor and now Sports Medicine doctor... I got lucky when I lost my previous doctor and asked if anyone knew a good doctor....Dr. 'Tori' I was told. From my very first visit, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Tori has great bedside manners and she listens and hears what I am sharing. She speaks with me, not over or down to me - much appreciated. I also love that she is open and entertains new ideas/approaches I may ask about. She is able to explain my health in laymen's terms and if I don't understand, she is happy to explain. And if I send her a question or have a request on MyChart, she responds so quickly!! That is very impressive to me - Thank You. I can see that she enjoys her job; it's reflected in her attitude/her face and how she treats me, her patient. I always feel like we are working together to come up with what's best for me and my situation/comfort level. I have a lot of confidence in her. Thank You so much Dr. Tori! PS I hope the Survey I complete is shared with the doctor in question. I think it's important they know what their patients think, that they are acknowledged.
