The doc was very helpful. But she was pretty late, and I felt very very rushed. I had a couple questions and the assistant kept cutting me off telling me I'd have to make other appointments to discuss those. I get it sort of, but they were small questions that would have just taken a minute. Since I waited over 20m past the appointment time it seems like it would have been a courtesy instead of making me feel like I was the time problem.

My concerns and previous history of having an allergic reaction to topical steroids on my face were ignored. The topical steroid prescribed caused an even more severe secondary allergic reaction to my face, horribly painful burning and intensified the hives. When I called to share this the next day I was dismissed again and told to continue it, and ended up in the ER a few hours later and it spread to my entire body.

1. Shayla at reception/office manager is wonderful! So nice to also just chat with one person to ask questions, etc so they understand. Dr. Patel seemed thorough in her exam and was happy to spend time answering all my questions and talking through options. The klarna messaging is kind of annoying, but also convenient at times. Hard to find the right number to call and would be nice to have a private portal to message the doctor/medical staff. I question the security/privacy of klarna.

Never had a better medical experience unless it was in your office. No complaints, never had cause for a complaint ever in your office, all personnel are not just competent they are nice and even fun to be around! You're the best, yay!!!!

I just really like Dr. Patel. Her manner inspires a lot of confidence. She is knowledgeable and efficient, but also conscientious in that she's never seems to push for anything more than what is necessary and best for the patient.

Dr. Patel was extremely kind and very helpful. Addressed my issues promptly and did a great job of making me feel taken care of. Her assistant started the appointment condescending and inappropriate for the situation. I would’ve appreciated more empathy to the situation that has already caused me a lot of pain and stress.

As always, a wonderful visit at D&A. Dr. Patel is the absolute BEST dermatologist I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many in life). Super patient, thorough and answers my many inquiries. Dr. Patel’s new assistant was also very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I also had an opportunity to speak to their Aesthetician, Deonne. Deonne, can not thank you enough for answering my many questions and providing me thorough guidance! What a world of knowledge you have, I can’t wait to come in for our first session together.
