I don't want Dr. Knowles to leave!!

She was very concerned. Spoke English simple form I could understand. I just was disappointed she was leaving that week. After I thought I finally got a doctor. Now I'm back to searching for one in my network or who is not leaving!?

The Nurse Practitioner, Tonya Knowles I assume was not in her best space on the day of my visit. She never greeted me by my name. She just walked in the room & say hello & then immediately went to typing on the computer. Normally when I visit the doctor's office, the doctor, NP, or PA will enter the room & introduce themselves & ask the patient's name or look in the computer & then at least greet the patient with Ms. Or Mr. She never asked if I had any questions or concerns. This was not a pleasant visit for me. It was so unpleasant to the point I have changed my doctor.
