What else would you like to say about your experience?
I have had several experiences with the SL Urgent Care clinic and it is really a good experience that I wish I always had with other health care providers. Beginning with an overall calm feel and employees/ professionals, etc who seem caring and want to give the best advice. I never felt hurried or that there was a lack of experience with the staff. I think if other health care organizations could reproduce the approach used by SL Urgent care there would be a lot more satisfaction with health care in general. My wife was with me and all we talked about on the way home was about the great experience we always have there.

This was my first visit with Dr Woodward and I was very pleased with his way of interacting with me. He listened carefully, then examined me, then gave me his professional opinion and recommendations. Excellent experience.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff members who took care of me. Both the Medical Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner explained everything they were going to do before they did it which I appreciated. They were both very caring and listened closely to my answers to their questions. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough in her exam and clearly explained why she thought I was getting better after 9 days of a cough and cold. She was also kind and personable. Lauren relieved my anxiety and I was so glad I saw her at St. Luke’s Urgent Care at Mission Farms.

From the time I walked in, everyone was friendly and efficient. My visit couldn’t have gone better and I will definitely return if need be again.

This urgent care is the best in Leawood/Overland Park. This is a very efficient, effective group.

I appreciated that the nurse practitioner took the time to listen to my concerns. She followed up with me, ordering medication and referring me to infectious diseases. I was a walk in patient and was seen immediately.
