The Path Clinic is a dream for our family. Leading up to my son's 18th birthday, I had concerns about transitioning out into adulthood. My son has multiple disabilities so it wasn't fun imagining the change in doctors, guardianship, graduation, etc. When I came to the Path Clinic yesterday, I felt like there was a connection between the medical staff and my son and I. For once, it felt like we had a support team and I knew we weren't going through this alone. This program came at the right time for us and we are so blessed to be part of it. For the record, Dr. Tolentino is the best.

I always appreciate Dr. Tolentino every time I visit him. I'm grateful to have such a caring and patient doctor like him and it makes me feel safe and well cared for.

The staff and medical personnel are courteous and friendly. They are attentive and explained everything needed.

As I said before, Dr Tolentino is an amazing doctor!
