Everyone I dealt with was professional and did their best to be helpful. Somehow the paperwork just got backed up and forced me to come back for my blood test. People expressed their regret for the problem. Dr. Peabody was excellent.

Mr. [ ] was especially nice, professional and through. He did an excellent job.
Dr. Ravipati was very professional and knowledgeable. His " bedside manner, " could use some help. He wasn't pleasant. He was very matter of fact.

The caregivers are amazing. Friendly, taking time to answer questions, seemingly never hurried to finish. There seems to be confusion between departments though. Contradictory time frames for example. My last treatment for instance had a two hour delay between seeing the doctor after lab work, and beginning my infusion. No one had an explanation, and the wait was excessive.

Dr. Lawson is a asset to the TMH organization. I feel privileged to have her looking our for my health issues and would recommend her to family and friends.
