I had problems with the referrals not with my doctor. The lab was out of a tube they needed. The X-ray department told me I couldn't be seen until 115 to go sit and wait. It was still morning at the time. I waited until 130 and then asked a second person if I was even in the system. I wasn't. She got me in. Seen in 5 minute walking to my car in the rain and she came running with an umbrella and walked me to my car. What a difference between 2 people with the same job.

Always a pleasant experience. Doctor Tiwari and his staff are very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If Dr. Tiwari cannot address my issues he is quick to refer me to someone who can.
