Dr josephson is great. The Virtua scheduling system is not. When I've had an urgent reason to see my primary care physician do to an illness the system responds that the soonest appt is 2 weeks away. What's the sense of having a "Primary Care Physician" when you can't get to see them timely? I end up going to urgent care because I can't get in to see my primary and have to pay a higher copay at urgent care. The phone system reroutes your call and is very frustrating.

I love having Dr. Josephson as my primary care physician. She is both me and my mom's primary care physician and she is such a blessing in our lives. She is a very caring, knowledgeable, easy to talk to physician. Her beautiful bedside manner is so refreshing especially in these difficult days, she is a beautiful asset to Virtua.

Dr Josephson is a true gem , she is so kind sensitive and she is so knowledgeable concerning my medical history . She is very professional and she not only treat her patients with respect, kindness and gentle care , she also treats our family with the same care and compassion . Dr Josephson is very professional, proactive , she is always ready at a moments notice to answer a question also fill a prescription that is so badly needed. I am so thankful to our beautiful God that he lead my daughter and I to her. She is our primary care doctor. She feels like family more than my doctor and that is a miracle from our beautiful God. Her heart is very sensitive to the needs of her patients. And she never makes my daughter and I feel like we are a bother to her when we have a medical concern. I have had a number of medical concerns since I have come on board with her as recently as this year and Dr. Josephson always takes her time to answer what ever concern arises . She knows my medical records very well. Thank you virtua for having a gem, angel who treat her patients like we are family. Please hire more like her . Thank God for her and thank God for you Virtua for hiring qualified doctors that know their craft and is doing a beautiful Job daily with the mercy and grace of our beautiful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ resting upon them. I went to my primary's office to get an order for a urinalysis for a uti. I've never needed an appointment before for lab work. He wasn't there. I had to wait over an hour to see another doctor. I'd like to know why this happened? Most requests for a Rx for a uti can be taken care of over the phone! Almost every dealing with Virtua is a problem lately. You need to concentrate on helping patients have a better experience. I've been considering going back to Cooper because of this.

The doctor and nurse really listened to me and made sure my questions were answered. So often now you are made to feel like a number and are rushed through your visit. I felt like they both really cared.
