Dr. Tina Jacob is always very thorough in reviewing the details of my health. She explains things in a manner that is easy for me to understand and answers questions that I have regarding my health. I am very pleased with Dr. Jacob as my primary care doctor.

I was concerned that I could not find a PCP that was as attentive and genuinely concerned about my health from a 360 degree view as [staff]. I am very please with Doctor Jacob. She was knowledgeable of the information my other doctors shared. We discussed my whole health and she provided her medical opinions w.r.t to my care. After my annual checkup, she followed up with a review and an email of my blood test.

Very satisfied with Dr. Tina Jacob. I have been a patient at JHCP for many years and my prior doctor there retired last year. Was not thrilled about a new doctor but have been extremely satisfied with her. I've only had a few visits with her and already feel like she knows who I am when she walks into the room.
