My visit was good but I found out that I should have been taking 3 presc. Before my cataract surgery and I only got 1 due to the fact someone sent 1 to my correct pharmacy and 2 to the incorrect pharmacy. Since I had not been told how many presc. I would get I did not know I should have gotten 2 more. VERY DISTURBING Dr Thompson said it is not critical to pretreat but I do not feel comfortable with that

Shjogrens Syndrome very dry eyes. Over a year and Dr. Thompson has been trying so hard to help me. He is so kind,
Intelligence of diagnosis, he really wants to help my eyes. He and QUADALOUPA? Are a wonderful team.
I lost my husband in May. They have been so caring about my ability to get there. We were married 46 yrs. Love Dr. Callahan also. He treated me early 2000’s so I am very pleased.

Dr.Timothy Thompson was very pleasant and nice and professional, actually his whole staff was very friendly and helpful and nice. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this Dr. to everyone.

I was told by the optometrist that I could seek services elsewhere if this location was not convenient. From that statement I assumed he did not want to treat me.My reply was I live nearby. My appointment was at 8:00. The staff member called my name around 8:02.They completed the services at 8:30. I have never witness such short appointment and no routine exam.

Physician was on time, was able to quickly diagnose issue, had a treatment plan, antibiotic called into pharmacy, staff very pleasant, facility clean. In and out under 30 minutes!

Dr Thompson is professional and knowledgeable. When I explained what I thought was dry eyes he listened and tested and made his conclusions it was something else . I immediately had an appointment to see Dr [ ] within a few days .
