He listens to me and answers all my questions. He treats me like I am his only concern for the day. He explains complex issues with visual aids. He understands when I question a decision he or the team has made and makes sure I am comfortable with whatever action we take. I trust him very highly.

The appointment is never rushed. Mr. Nuss asks all of the right questions. He is probably the most compassionate and detailed healthcare provider that I’ve ever encountered. He’s honest and straightforward in his approach, and tells you what you need to hear without “docsplaining” it. During a routine visit last year, he noticed that I wound on my lower leg was not responding to treatment and advised me to see someone about it right away. This led to hospitalization and treatment for sepsis.
