The fact that he treats the entire patient. Every part of the person is important not just the refill of their medication. It's important because you build rapport with your patient. I don't expect him to be what he's not.

I have been working with the dr for a couple years. Somethings have gone well and some have not. Instead of sending me to specialists, he looks for answers and explains it well and he teaches and is the best dctor I ve had

He was very communicative with her he was very respectful and empathetic. He was nice and talked to her like a 10 yr old and explained there was nothing wrong with her.
