My office visit was just fine. However, I'm having difficulty getting new appointments are appearing to be an issue. I've called the Virtua access center. I was in a que and my number for waiting was 32.. I have a wife that I take care of with dementia I can't wait on the phone for hours on end while I take care of her. Today I was number 11, 3 hours later still no return call. These aren't emergency so I'm not upset. I just wanted you to be aware. I understand you have a tremendous amount of patients. But I'll keep trying till I get my appointments... thank you

Dr. Colangelo is magnificent, extremely knowledgeable and an extremely engaging Doctor who is very caring and doesn't talk down to me and explains things in layman's terms. His "bedside manner" is wonderful and I would recommend others to him!! The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and patient oriented. I am so grateful as this practice is a pleasure to come to and I feel secure and safe that Dr. Colangelo knows his stuff and I trust him for my heart needs.

I trust and feel a good relationship w Dr. Colangelo. He listens to any concerns and responds with great advice. Each nurse I have seen in the office is knowledgeable and friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff is wonderful-friendly and efficient, makes me feel important to them.

Had the feel of an old fashioned medical office where you weren't just a number. Actually scheduled test right there and didn't force me to a call center. Changing to Virtua from Cooper.
