I got a call unexpectedly to check on me. Something I not only appreciated. It helped me follow up on needed testing I put off. Now because of that follow up I am transferring over for all my care. It showed real concern. Which I can't say I have felt from other doctors or group practices. I would recommend this group and diabetic specialist care.

I would recommend Timolyne Skinner to anybody, any of my friends or relatives. I just wish that the phone calling in to make appointments or speak to somebody was easier than getting these call centers that want to ask you 10,000 personal questions that I don't believe I should have to tell them, and then they'll maybe, maybe put me through to the doctor. Hopefully, you guys can work on that. Thank you.

Nurse Practitioner Timolyn [I think I am misspelling her first name?] Skinner was very polite, accommodative, respectful, competent, capable, workman like. She took a blood sample and I am following her instructions per her findings.

I think it would make a great amount of sense if blood work was done prior to a physical as opposed to discussed over the phone after and in person rather than over the phone. I wasn't able to cover everything I wanted when I got the call feedback and had many follow-up questions. It's not very easy to get through to a provider. So those questions have gone unanswered and also a lot of the information in the MyChart was not very easy to read and not covered at all in the follow-up call.
