She is extremely professional; listens and shows she cares about what concerns me; gives me many opportunities to ask questions and to ask for clarification if needed; makes me feel as if she is open for me to contact her even once I leave the office. I don't think I could ask for a Primary Care Provider who is better FOR ME. My family came from Texas an met her recently during my pre-operation visits and she made my brother feel very comfortable asking her questions and more.

She has been so patient with me for several appointments encouraging me to take a drug I’m not convinced is necessary for cholesterol. Without pressure and judgment she explains the pros and cons and suggestions to make taking it as easy as possible! I appreciate that!

Ms. Tilahun has been with me for the past 3 years and she is wonderful. She listens, provides great feedback and is accommodating. I refused to change my health insurance because I wasn't willing to lose her as my primary care physician.
