She is very easy to talk to. It was obvious, and impressive, that she had actually reviewed my file before entering the room. I haven't seen that amount of personal care in awhile. She involved me by asking my preferences and opinions where it mattered.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more thorough visit/ exam. My appointment lasted a long time and I never felt rushed. I even apologized to Andrea for taking so long but she was so nice about it.

I really liked Andrea Tiffen, NP. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough and very caring. It was my first visit with her, and she was familiar with my chart information. She did not make me feel rushed and answered my questions.

Andrea takes her time with me and listens to whatever I need that she can support. I do not feel rushed. She responds quickly when I call for refills or need a quick appointment if at all possible.
