There was delay in being seen and I was never informed that I'd be seeing a resident and medical student. I am all for education but for an appointment where I have to undress (like this dermatology appointment), I should really be notified ahead of time.

The clinic is spotless, including the waiting area. The staff always has smiles and is so professional. Dr Mayo has so much patience and answers my questions in detail. Never rushes. She is compassionate, thorough, and makes the journey from [city] to Birmingham worth it.
