Clerks, nurses and Dr. Mayo exhibited outstanding technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. They exceeded my expectations and are valuable asset to UAB. I commend UAB for obtaining and maintaining such high quality of human resource.

The nurse that called to get information was pleasant. The wait time to see the dr was minimal. I parked in the lot and the attendant on duty was nice.

I had waited almost 10 months for see Dr. Tiffany Mayo. She and the Fellow and resident were all quite gracious. Dr, Mayo is leaving UAB next month… She instructed me to see Dr. Bonnie [last name] in 6 months. Unfortunately, the first available appointment is over 9 months away. The extremely long wait for appointments is really a detriment to using UAB for all of my care!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mayo, the environment she sets, and the caring professionals she has on her team. Personally, I will greatly miss Dr. Mayo when she departs for Dallas, because she provided end to end care that covered my treatment and routine for the rest of my life. This is not the typical five minute doctor, but someone who cares and sets a high standard that will be difficult, if not impossible, to replace.

I love Dr Mayo and her staff. Dr. Mayo is so passionate about treating my hair and skin problems. She's so informative and really takes the time to explain everything that's going on. I would give her a thousand stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes before being caked back. Then waited 30 more minutes to see the doctor. My rating has nothing to do with my doctor.

All of the individuals I came in contact with were very nice. I also like that the doctor was willing to hear more than one issue, seeing that I had to wait nine months for an appointment. I was very grateful for that.

First time visit. Dr Mayo and the staff were friendly and professional. Received a thorough exam and Dr Mayo took time to talk not rushed to get to next patient. Very impressed and now she is my go to for any dermatology needs.

Dr Mayo is unbelievably incredible. I was a little nervous about not seeing Dr. [ ], but I am in very capable hands! The entire experience from parking my car to leaving the building was completely wonderful.

Check in was easy and the staff were pleasant and professional. The time to see the doctor was not ideal. I arrived 20 minutes early, was called back 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and saw the doctor another ~50 minutes after getting into the room. The doctor was very thorough, personable, and professional.
