As a new mom to be and with little medical experience I am heavily reliant on my Dr for simple layman explanations and guidance on next steps. That is something I think needs improvement

Perhaps maybe being more inquisitive to make sure that there’s no other issues that should be addressed? Maybe there is some thing I’m not aware of that. She could bring attention to me.

The only thing that could be better would be the wait time checking out. You should have more than one girl doing that. Otherwise everything great!
