After my provider was late I did let her know that I needed to get back to work soon and asked her if we could complete the exam as quickly as possible, which she did complete very efficiently. However, if I had been seen on time I would've liked to ask more questions as I wouldn't have been in such a rush.

Tierra actually started early, after [staff] the clinic manager took me to the treatment room even before my scheduled time, as I had arrived early and some pts. Were No Shows.Tierra listened to my concern, examined my skin lesion, explained possible tx. I agreed, she did the cryogenic tx, explained post treatment care and gave me handout with directions and visit summary.

I was originally scheduled to see [staff] but I had to cancel and saw a new provider, PA Hurd. She was not made aware that I had asked for a full skin check, but when I let her know she got caught up quickly and continued the appointment. She was flexible and responsive
