I really appreciated that he listened to me, didn’t rush me and made me feel my questions were ok to ask. I really appreciate the detailed answers given. I feel confident in the answers he gave me and I will follow through with them. He gave me peace in the way he treated me and talked to me.

The reason I gave such a low rating. Is because when I made the appointment I asked for a woman doctor. I had a bad experience when I was younger I realized my appointment was moved up from April 23rd to April 10th which is fine. So when Jamie told me I would have a male doctor just the way she said it I believe she knew that I had requested a female doctor. So I don't understand why your office didn't reschedule me for a woman doctor. Besides that I don't plan on coming back to your office again.

I felt that both nurse and Doc were rushed and not listening.... when I am sick I tend to be a bit more emotional, but I have never gotten back into my car and cried the whole way home. The protocol he prescribed and implemented was excellent, needs improvement on listening skills.

You can read the note about transferring some of my meds to a psychiatrist and maybe I need that. I felt I was rushed. He didn't even turn in his camera. He treated me like someone that doesn't know her meds that I have been taking for 25+ years and never ever asked for an increase. I am well aware of my meds. And the side effects. I just have never been treated like this from a Trinity Health Employee in my 53 years!
