I think she was very personable, kind, and professional at the same time. Feels easy to be around her. Especially that I'm deafened. Compared to the former Amy Neal, that had worked a long side of Dr. Wade. She was professional but a bit stuck up. Not personable (TLC is very important in relationship with Dr/ARPN/Patients; Etc.) MS is scary enough.
