I'm an established patient with the Saint Luke's Physician's group but was seeing Dr. Lovinger for the first time. He listened, asked questions, and overall, gave me a feeling that I finally had someone who was concerned about my health.

It's always a very good atmosphere and and very friendly. I like my doctor and trust him. I have worked in the Medical field for 50 yrs and I'm totally satisfied with Dr. Lovinger and his staff . Thanks

Love Dr. Lovinger and his staff. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the billing person on the way out did a great job as always. I really appreciate the support they provide to me.

Use of the portal to contact doctor/nurse is not as expected. I believe the patient volume prohibits the use of this tool effectively. It should be clearly stated on the message page that communication with the doctor/nurse through the messaging function on the portal should be for non emergent issues only. My misunderstanding of this FACT caused me a good bit of anxiety.

I enjoy visiting with Dr. Lovinger. He is very attentive and answers my questions. I had a question about the Lisinopril that I take and he explained some things about the drug that I didn't know.

Dr Thomas Lovinger is my favorite doctor. He listens, explains, offers suggestions, and always seems concerned. He is a great diagnostician and does not overlook small issues. One of the very best primary care physicians.
