Dr Lovinger is a welcome breath of fresh air. He is professional, helpful, understanding and is easy to communicate with in all instances.

Dr. Lovinger is the best. Technically, very proficient. He definitely asks the right questions. He follows up. He sets appointment when he orders a test. He ensures that I have a follow-up meeting with him to discuss the results. And most importantly, the way ahead. I'm not from here. I'm from Boston. Quite frankly, I'm used to excellent care in Boston and the care that Dr. Lovinger provides to me is comparable or exceeds that which I received in Boston for 22 years.

Dr. Lovinger is always attentive and explains things well. He listens to my problems and offers solutions in such a way that I can make choices well about my health. The staff are also attentive and polite.

The provider needs to review the notes and be aware of the condition of the patient. You shouldn’t have to remind them of the conditions you have. They should provide suggestions to help you have better health and have more compassion to you as a person.

Dr Lovinger has great bedside manner and Nurse is always so kind and personable. I feel lucky to get my care from their team. I always feel heard and understood and validated in my concerns.

It is always a positive experience with Dr. Lovinger. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen. He is great about talking over options for treatments and provides very clear medical advice.

Dr. Lovinger is a fantastic doctor. I have referred him at least 4 patients in the last year and a half. He is so compassionate, caring and I truly look forward to seeing him each year and, I hope many years to come! Truly love Dr. Lovinger and all his staff!

I'm an established patient with the Saint Luke's Physician's group but was seeing Dr. Lovinger for the first time. He listened, asked questions, and overall, gave me a feeling that I finally had someone who was concerned about my health.

Use of the portal to contact doctor/nurse is not as expected. I believe the patient volume prohibits the use of this tool effectively. It should be clearly stated on the message page that communication with the doctor/nurse through the messaging function on the portal should be for non emergent issues only. My misunderstanding of this FACT caused me a good bit of anxiety.
