Use of the portal to contact doctor/nurse is not as expected. I believe the patient volume prohibits the use of this tool effectively. It should be clearly stated on the message page that communication with the doctor/nurse through the messaging function on the portal should be for non emergent issues only. My misunderstanding of this FACT caused me a good bit of anxiety.

I enjoy visiting with Dr. Lovinger. He is very attentive and answers my questions. I had a question about the Lisinopril that I take and he explained some things about the drug that I didn't know.

Dr Thomas Lovinger is my favorite doctor. He listens, explains, offers suggestions, and always seems concerned. He is a great diagnostician and does not overlook small issues. One of the very best primary care physicians.
