Everyone at the Galloway Office is pleasant and efficient. First time with Tom Lepre. He was thorough, and professional. He listened to my concerns, and I am confident that things will progress well. Visit was a pleasure.

Well, my experience at the office was very nice and my care provider was very nice. I mean, he asked all the questions and explained to me about my health and everything was fine and I would tell my family about how nice he could be for them also. That's all. Thank you.

MyChart is getting to be overwhelming. Too many emails are being generated for the same login to view messages. The number of reminders for the same appointment, between emails and messages to my cell phone, is excessive. The chatbot on MyChart is worthless. It can't be moved and usually covers up the signature box when my electronic signature is wanted. MyChart is better than competitive databases that won't talk to each other but there seems to be no way to communicate with the programmers who can respond to user problems. An example is the box that says check this if you don't want 2 factor confirmation when logging in within 30 days. Either make it work or get rid of it.

My only complaint would be that I'm in a lot of pain due to a very bad back, that I have rods in my back, and I'm just, plus the pain from my throat, and I just couldn't do anything right now. As soon as I finish with the them going down my throat and getting some injections in my back and my knee, then I will come back and do the procedure for final checking my heart out. And that's all. I'm just in considerable amount of pain right this minute.

My doctor is truly the best doctor of cardiology I have ever been to. I have been to a few in my life, and none have made me feel that they cared if I succeeded or failed as much as this doctor has, and I also know he has many years more experience, and a much more "no nonsense" attitude! I know that he believes anything having to do with the cardiovascular system is a tippy top priority! (I would even venture to say, he thinks the study of cardiovascular system is more important than anything else!) I come to every appointment with my questions and concerns, and I am always impressed that he has an answer to my question right away, along with a statistic (usually from a recent publication). He is such an impressive man. And he runs a practice that for many years has been known to have the best office staff, and best RNs. He does not keep people there if they do not perform to his expectations. I remember one time, there was a technologist who did not meet his expectations, and he fired her. Even while my main provider was out on leave, this practice makes sure to have an APN or an RN who is available to patients with very serious concerns! And their left hands know exactly what their right hands are doing. I was extremely pleased with the coordination of my care, from the person least able to actually make the decisions about the outcome of my health, to the ones who will ultimately have my health --quite literally in their hands. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my heart health, but Virtua Lourdes Cardiology.

He was very knowledgeable and courteous and I just really liked him and he didn't seem in a hurry or rush you, which is rare nowadays because most doctors do. And yes, I would definitely go back to him. Thank you.

I'm very disappointed. I got an appointment with APN instead of my cardiologist who I've been seeing for over 15 years and I spent the Friday before in the ER with heart-related condition. I'm very disappointed that he did not come in and consult me. Thank you.

This was my first meeting with the care provider at Galloway. He took time to review the symptoms I exhibit and reflect on possible treatments. Pros and cons were discussed and a treatment strategy was developed.
