The doctor was very welcoming and made myself and son feel very comfortable. He was also very knowledgeable about my child’s situation and the things to do going forward.

The front desk team and the people who schedule an appointment, they really should little take care of the customers. I mean, the way they speak to the customers is not really a good experience. So hopefully they should more focus like when they're talking to the customer as well as scheduling an appointment, especially the scheduling team, whereas the lady given a schedule, appointment schedules, she's a little aggressive when you're talking. Thank you.

We went to the office. It was a quick, they fill out the papers. The people, I mean, the receptionist was really quick. Within, I believe, seven minutes, we got into the room. Doctor came in. He quickly explained everything. Anything that might happen, one in a million. Oh, we're good. I really do recommend this software if anyone else in my family is looking for it. Yeah. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with the doctor and staff. The doctor performed my son's surgery with great care and excellence, and the results were exactly as we hoped. The nurses and staff were also very kind and supportive, explaining everything clearly about the follow-up after surgery. We are truly grateful for the doctor's skill and the team's dedication. Thank you to the doctor and the entire staff for the excellent care given to my son.

Dr. Vates was very professional and straight forward. My husband and I really appreciated his knowledge and explanation of what was going on with our son.

45 minute wait with small children is awful. Entire experience aside from that was amazing.

Dr. Vates made our son and both parents feel very comfortable and explained everything completely. He is an excellent doctor.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and meeting Dr. Vates. All the staff and nurses were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Vates took the time to explain everything clearly about the upcoming surgery, which made me feel well-informed and at ease. So far, everything has been a great experience.
