The front desk team and the people who schedule an appointment, they really should little take care of the customers. I mean, the way they speak to the customers is not really a good experience. So hopefully they should more focus like when they're talking to the customer as well as scheduling an appointment, especially the scheduling team, whereas the lady given a schedule, appointment schedules, she's a little aggressive when you're talking. Thank you.

It was good

We went to the office. It was a quick, they fill out the papers. The people, I mean, the receptionist was really quick. Within, I believe, seven minutes, we got into the room. Doctor came in. He quickly explained everything. Anything that might happen, one in a million. Oh, we're good. I really do recommend this software if anyone else in my family is looking for it. Yeah. Thank you.

I was there for 15 15-minute before my appointment; however, they had me wait for about half an hour.

We had a wonderful experience with the doctor and staff. The doctor performed my son's surgery with great care and excellence, and the results were exactly as we hoped. The nurses and staff were also very kind and supportive, explaining everything clearly about the follow-up after surgery. We are truly grateful for the doctor's skill and the team's dedication. Thank you to the doctor and the entire staff for the excellent care given to my son.
