Slightly unsatisfied with recent appointment. I waited for 40 mins in the lab waiting room after my appointment ended for order to be sent to lab by physician so I could have blood drawn. I had to leave before having labs drawn due to wait. I will have to return on a different day to have labs completed due to this. Thanks.

We've loved UAB Gardendale! Our only comment is that it's a long wait to reschedule appointments or for new patient appointments.

DR TYNER WAS ON TIME SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND REFERRED ME TO SPECIALIST AND REFILLED PRESCRIPTIONS ALONG WITH ORDERING LABS. THE VISIT WAS FRIENDLY, EFFECIENT AND PRODUCTIVE.
