New patient of Dr Tessitore because my previous doctor retired. First time in this office. It was very nice. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I've never been to a doctor's office where everyone called me by my name. I liked that, made me feel I was valued there. My husband has already made an appointment with Dr Tessitore because of my experience. Looking forward to a great relationship for good health!!

Former provider completed a comprehensive annual physical exam. Current provider physical was no more than a routine visit. I contacted prior to my appointment and inquired about bloodwork for the exam, but was told he wanted to see me first. Now, ordered bloodwork and I have to schedule a follow up which I will be billed for a visit and pay out of pocket. If it was ordered prior to physical, it could have been discussed at my exam.

Dr. T is phenomenal. I am so glad that he is a part of the team at Virtual and I will recommend him to all of my friends if they need a very, very good doctor. He's young, he's smart, and he is very personable. You don't find that all the time, and he takes time with his patients. Thank you for Dr. T for being there, and I am so glad I'm under your care. I'm continuing to have problems as a new patient getting a new prescription filled, and it still is not resolved three days later. I'm the one having to mediate between the pharmacy and my doctors office and it's not working

Dr. Tessitore had a hard time on the computer. He said the system was down and he did not get everything through. My blood work was hard to come across on my chart, which didn't show up. So I think it was a computer thing.

For me, for Dr. Tessitore, he is very welcoming and his bedside manner is just excellent. He makes you feel heard. He takes into consideration everything that you say and how you're feeling and he puts it into action. He does things to help resolve the issues that you're having as far as your health. And I really do appreciate that, especially being a black woman. Sometimes we don't feel as heard or understood and he makes you can feel completely comfortable and welcome. I really do want to say thank you for that, Dr. Tessitore.

The nurses were wonderful. My son has special needs and was scared. His primary nurse was very patient with him. The other nurses were also very patient with him. The anesthesiologist spoke with me about my concerns. My experience was very positive.

Yes, he was a great provider. He helped me with understanding how to take a needle and he was lighthearted. He also had someone that was shadowing him. So it was a good experience and it was quick. He was patient. So thank you.

I had to agree to see a physician assistant in order to get the shot That I had discussed with my primary care Dr. He had retired and I was told If I wanted the shot I would have to have this Physician assistant. My desire to see a medical Doctor once a year seems to have offended several Virtua officestaff.

Dr T is amazing. Extremely thorough and very kind. My previous pcp retired after I was a patient for 30 years. I hope to build that kind of relationship with Dr T.

This doctor, Dr. T, was extremely professional and concerned and very caring about my case and showed a lot of interest in it and was willing to dive deeper and get me the help I need further and gave me the right referrals and very patient and long-suffering with me through me getting there as a new patient with a long history of trials. And he waited patiently through that, gathered the information and had information already he had read up for me. He was very familiar with my case and he was just an awesome, awesome doctor and the kind that we all, you know, wish for and I just want to give God the glory and give him the credit that he deserves for doing, for being the professional that he is.
