Dr. Schumann spent some time diagnosing my skin problem. He was very thorough and answered all my questions without my feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend him.

The dr. told me he was prescribing medication for pain. When I checked my pharmacy, they never got anything to fill. I noticed on my paperwork that it was never submitted in the system. Very disappointing.

Dr. Schumann and his staff provided me with updated X-Rays of my L-Hip. From those results, his discussion with me of my need for Hip Surgery, was greatly reassuring. His support staff was totally professional and knowledgeable.

The provider was very nice. He gave me my shot in my shoulder before and I didn't have no pain. But the only thing is with my hip, I still have the pain, but not his fault. He doesn't know. Thank you very much and I give him a 10 plus. Bye-bye.

So when you check in, it's quick and concise. I feel like they come and get you right away and you're put in a room. The doctor comes in and you have an opportunity to explain what's wrong. The doctor listens intently and tries to give you options and ways to like help you. I've been going to Dr. Schumann for a while. It's also been very trying as it's an ongoing issue and having other recommendations are helpful. I wish I was treated more like a sports person to see if maybe the level of care goes up a notch, but I really want to be able to repair the issue and I feel that everyone was very kind and was very mindful of how I was feeling.

The aid who escorted me to the examining room was in too big a hurry each time I had him. Obviously I am walking with difficulty and I feel rushed and you have a long way to walk. In the pre-physician interview he needs to slow down and express some empathy for the patient and listen carefully.

I was very impressed by your staffing at the front desk. They very helpful and kind. I was seen by the Doctor in a timely manner. He did a thorough assessment of my knee pain. Diagnosed me by the x-rays I was given, as well as my description of my pain. He explained everything going on with my knee! I would definitely recommend Dr Schumann and Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedic's!! ?

Had a little snafu with paperwork and meds but was resolved immediately! I highly highly recommend virtual reconstructive orthopedics to all my friends and family and to those who don't know now , you know!!!!!!

Yes, Dr. Thomas was awesome. His staff was awesome. I can't think of the guy's name, but whoever his aid was that day, it was awesome. My pain was a nine and a half going in. The next day it was down to a two and a half. And right now, it's a one. So so far, so good. Thank you, doctor.
