The doctor was one of the most knowledgeable clinicians I've come across. It was an absolute pressure to be under his care, pleasure to be under his care. And the office staff was extremely professional and their candor and understanding was exemplary. I'll definitely be back if I have another issue.

Dr. Schumann's assistant seemed detached from his purpose. He spoke very quickly and mumbled. He was difficult to communicate with. The doctor himself was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. I would certainly recommend him to others and would return to him should the need arise.

I came to your practice via reconstructive orthopedics express. I saw the PA and then Dr. Schumann. Everyone was courteous, professional, friendly, and welcoming. It was a great experience. Even the technicians were extremely nice and professional professionals great experience!

I went to Ortho Urgent Care after a terrible snow storm and was so grateful to be seen. My knee had filled with fluid and I was in enormous pain. Your physician drained the fluid and gave me a cortisone shot, all of which provided tremendous relief.

Dr. Schumann and his CSS, [Redacted], were both excellent and proficient. I was seen in a timely manner and was treated with the utmost professional courtesy. Sarah at front desk was excellent as well. She streamlined my care and made me a same day appointment with Dr. Schumann despite the state of emergency from the recent snow storm on 1/26/2026.

It was an awesome experience from waiting in the waiting room for less than five minutes to be taken back. Everything was professional, friendly, just a very wonderful experience. I totally would recommend that office, the fact that orthopedic doctors. Next week I'm going to be seeing a doctor in Washington Township. And hopefully, I get the same kind of awesome experience that I received in your Morristown office. Thank you very much.

I brought up another issue with another body part and it was not addressed at my appointment. I guess I need to make yet another appointment to discuss that issue. Very upset that a patient's issues are not seen as a whole body issue.
