Dr. Saccetta is really a great doctor. I just wish you could improve your phone initiation when you're trying to get through. It's very difficult to get through the office.

Dr. Tom, it's a great doctor. He listens, he is thorough, and certainly seems to care. He is a great help when it comes to dealing with my feet.

This is the second ailment that I've had where I have gone to Dr. Sacchetta. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, knows me and my history quite well, and is very concerned about my feedback and about my plan of treatment. I certainly would recommend anyone who has any foot or ankle problems to him, and I trust him with all my heart.

I have a group of doctors that I am extremely comfortable with. I think I have the perfect in every way and Dr. Sacchetta started it all. I trust him. He's very personable. He's one of my favorite doctors.

The doctor did absolutely nothing for me and told made my problem worse. And told to me to take pain medicine which could destroy my kidneys. I was very unhappy with him.

My feedback is about the care providing. It's the fact that you message me multiple times and call me to make a review, which I feel pressured to do so. So I would like that to stop just in general. It's really kind of annoying.

I am a new patient at this facility and with Dr. Sacchetta. I had gone to a different podiatrist (outside of Virtua) a year ago and was very disappointed and frustrated. Unless they were going to do surgery on my foot, they could have cared less about my concerns. My experience at Virtua has been wonderful. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sacchetta listened and reviewed my concerns, explained the x-rays, and provided a diagnosis and treatment plan going forward. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.
