Disappointed in Virtua. I have been a patient of Dr. Plut for a few years. I get gel shots in my knees (arthritis and torn meniscus) it helps and lasts for a year. I'm now told I can not get them I have to do cortisone 1st. I've done cortisone and it didn't work hence the reason for the gel shots. I now fear I will have to deal with pain in both knees. Unless I find a new specialist.

Dr. Plut is an excellent doctor. He really treats you like a human. He knows and he cares about what's going on with you and tries his best to rectify it. I wish all my doctors were like him. Thank you.

The doctor was very thorough. He performed I believe in ultrasound and when there were any questions about my care he decided that I should go for an MRI before making a final decision.

Everything was great except the sign in procedure. The receptionist was wonderful. The problem was you needed two or three of them to handle all the sign ends and sign out. One person handling all of those was not right she needed help.

Part that you need to most improve is the answering services. It's hard to make an appointment or set up a visit or whatever if you need to talk to someone. Not everybody likes to talk through text.

All staff members were GREAT!! But I really appreciated Dr. Plut's patience and consideration (of my thoughts and feelings) as well as the way he took his time explaining things so I understood...not making me feel "rushed".

Unaware of free valet parking when I arrived so I had a rather long trek from my parked car. I mentioned to nursing staff on way out & 2 of them voluntarily wheeled me to my parked car. How extraordinarily kind of them??

I think Dr. Plut is a great doctor and I think that the whole system worked in synchronicity to have me examined, having an x-ray and having an ultrasound guided injection. Everything went very smoothly and I was well taken care of.

It was a great experience. All the service staff there and the doctors were very caring, prompt, and provided extremely well service. However, I am still having a problem with the knee right now. I may have to call back and make another appointment, but I'll give it a day or two and see where it goes from there. Thank you very much.

I had x-rays and CAT scans of my leg and hip. I was a little disappointed that after the CAT scan, I was told to go to PT. I ended up, after an MRI, that I had a fracture upper tibia where they had to put a screw and a issues are in my leg. I will be going to rehab tomorrow.

Dr. Plut was very professional and he's very personable. He makes me feel very comfortable when I go there and he really helped me with my foot. I do not have the pain I used to have. He let me make some of the plan myself. He asked me if I wanted more physical therapy or if I just wanted to do it at home. So he gave me options and he listened to what I had to say and I truly appreciate that.

Dr. Plut totally put me at ease. I was very nervous about the cortisone injection, but he explained every step he took and was friendly and compassionate. There was almost no pain. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Plut was wonderful. He listened carefully to my concerns and, when giving me the injection, guided me through and kept me calm and at ease. His assistant was also wonderful. I am so grateful for their kindness and care.
