I'm rating the cancer center- Hematology & Oncology, along with the systems clinic at a 10 because they're exceptional and the staff in that department are truly caring versus the remainder of other departments in this hospital. If the rest of the hospital was operated like the cancer center patients would have better experiences with Phoebe. I'd like to send out a special nention for Abby a nurse practitioner in the cancer. She was amazing and I appreciate everything she did for me to assist. Abby truly exceeded standards in her job performance and deserves that special mention. She's an asset.

The people that checked me in were not professional and were more interested in gossip talk to each other rather than focusing solely on me. I had to repeat myself multiple times.

The oncology hematology department is excellent. The nurses are very kind and informative. The doctors are knowledgeable and are good at answering any questions. None of the staff act like theyre in a hurry to rush you out of the door, and the wait lines are satisfactory.
