I found her to be a good listener and knowledgeable about urology. My health concerns that brought me to this office are serious. I have been searching for a doctor that can provide some real help. That said I would normally not see a nurse practitioner but the scheduler assured me that Jennifa has been with Doctor [ ] for 20 years.

Jennifa was very upbeat, kind, thorough and very easy to talk with. She made this experience much better. The plan she put into place for me is one I'm very comfortable with. I have suffered with bladder/kidney issues for 55 of the 60 years of my life and this is the first time I feel confident in who is taking care of me and the treatment going forward.
