Dr Thomas phoned me in advance of the appointment! The call was totally unexpected, but provided an opportunity for him to order appropriate lab work in advance of my face-to-face appointment, making dialog at the visit specific and more meaningful.

Very often, I have a very long wait. Today was a looong wait. I believe over an hour from my appt time is excessive. He should schedule his patients further apart.

It feels like he has to pick one problem to focus on per visit, and won't let up about that problem. The problem he picks could have no relationship to the primary reason of my visit or previous visits.
